HR Associate will be responsible to manage all the HR Operations, Recruitment, Drafting Policy, and Marketing Operations
- Designing, formulating and enforcing new HR policies and improving the existing policies to match the industry Best Practices
- HR Operations: Taking care of HR operations which include Employee Orientation, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Grievance Handling, Generating Attendance Reports, Employee letter generations, Office Management and Vendor Management.
- Recruitment & Selection: Managing end to end Recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding of the candidates.
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRMS information as needed.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Marketing Operations: Preparing monthly reports for the Clients, putting up relevant content on all the social media channels of the Company and the Clients, marketing-related documentations.
