Description

Quality Analyst’s main task will be to analyze the conversations users do with the ChatBot by using in-house tools. This job requires domain research and development of respective data/conversational flow & understanding of the ChatBot Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Analysis of the database of the conversations that are done by the users with the ChatBot to make the bot more efficient in terms of responses
  • Providing insights for making the conversational & response flow of the bot better in terms of user experience
  • Taking care of the onboarding process of a client (Requires extensive research of the client’s website)
  • Execute necessary improvements on the in-house ChatBot using in-house tools
Qualifications

Any graduate in any specialization

  • Good analytical abilities and logical thinking
  • Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed data/conversational flow and responses of the ChatBot
  • Ability to synthesize complex & huge amount of data
  • Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas
  • Must be efficient in handling/working on technologically enhanced software
