We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Recruiter, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in managing the full recruitment life cycle. HR Recruiter’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating & posting job ads, conducting interviews, etc. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.
- Handling End to End recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, conducting Interviews, Onboarding, and other recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with managers to identify current & future hiring needs and produce forecasts.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms, job portals, etc)
- Assist in screening resumes & making calls to the applicants.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
- End to End follow-up with the candidates.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Post & Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
- Prepare HR-related reports and trackers as needed.
- Update our internal HR databases.
- Proven work experience as HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiar with recruitment cycle.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving & time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
